LOSE WEIGHT AND CLEANSING

Fasting and cleansing are two of the most important decisions you can make for your health.

I have been fasting and cleansing for over 20 years. I only fast about once a year and my longest juice fast was 30 days last year and it was one of the best experiences of my life.

My boyfriend has just packed for hunting camp and with two grown children, I thought this the perfect opportunity to start a new fast (no cooking for anyone). I like to start on a weekend when I can be home and out of the rat-race of life. So today, I kick-off a 10 day fast (maybe longer) and will keep a diary for anyone interested in it.

Juice fasting is my favorite (I can no longer tolerate a plain water fast). But also the lemonade (Miracle diet) are also excellent to make you feel and look 10 years younger and to eliminate the parasites from your body while losing excess weight.

I always start out with lowering my carbohydrates and red meat intake and increasing my fruit and vegetables two days before, so I don't over toxin my body. Also, I use two herbs to remove parasites; woodworm and black walnut husk tincture (more details later). You can pick them up at any health store. If its your first fast, you might just try the Juice Diet to remove toxin and then move into the herbs next time to remove excess toxins.

In the very beginning of a fast, the first couple days when the onset of toxin get released you will be very tired and hungry; that is the hardest for me. But, when you get past that, you will lose your hunger feeling and feel a sense of peace.

Pick any 100% juice to start (we will be diluting this later in the week). Pick lemonade if you are starting the Lemonade cleanse (recipe listed on my page).
