Today was a very slow day and major headache. I did do my coffee enema which did not really provide any relief. I drank all my lemonade mixture and even diluted it by 1/4 extra water and could only think about eating. I know I am about half way there and right now that is the only thing keeping me going. The scale has be down about 7 lbs, but most of that is water weight. This is the beginning of payoff detox and I know that is why I have the headache.
I did have my senna tea last night with my other herbs and after a warm bath, retired early. My skin is very clear today - I have problems with eczema on my hands and it is clearing up ... a sign things are working. Still a little congested, but my sore throat is gone.
I am making more lemonade for Day 5 with cayenne pepper. My energy level seems to be low and I am not planning on doing too much until that picks up.

LEMONADE RECIPE
For at least 10 days, drink around 10 servings/day of the following:
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water
(Here is what I do) - I use frozen lemonade concenrate and even though this is not the norm - it is still effective. I mix this in a gallon jug with the cayenne pepper (the pepper is for parasite removal). I do not use the maple syrup and that is my preference only. I do drink from a large wine goblet to make it like my special drink!
