I think I am starting to sound like a broken record. Today I have lots of energy. Everything with the lemonade is going good. I am down about 14 lbs (most of which is water). I find it easier to lose more weight with just the lemonade, because juice has natural sugars.
I did my coffee enema last night and did get a few scary things in the BM. I do not do the pictures - but if you check out the video on my website, it is very similar.
Still staying on the lemonade mixture through today and made an excuse with my mother that I cannot come to supper (she does not like it when I fast). I told her I would have to take a rain check for next weekend!
I am heading back outside for fall yard work and will retire early - 2 days left !! This is a remarkable experience !

LEMONADE RECIPE
For at least 10 days, drink around 10 servings/day of the following:
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water
(Here is what I do) - I use frozen lemonade concenrate and even though this is not the norm - it is still effective. I mix this in a gallon jug with the cayenne pepper (the pepper is for parasite removal). I do not use the maple syrup and that is my preference only. I do drink from a large wine goblet to make it like my special drink!
