Today is about the same as the last few days. I am not as energetic today as the past couple, but I knew that would not last.
The lemonade is going down very good and I have decided at least more day with my recipe with the cayenne pepper.
My concentration level is very high right now and I started and finished a crossword puzzle this morning and I have not done that in years ! I think I will start a puzzle for the weekend wind down and try and catch up on some rest.
My tongue is still very coated (since about day 3) and within the next couple days should clear on its own. I do seem to be more thirsty than usual and i guess that is from the lemonade.
I really have not had any luck with a BM today and will again do my coffee enema before I bathe tonight and see if that does the trick.

LEMONADE RECIPE
For at least 10 days, drink around 10 servings/day of the following:
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water
(Here is what I do) - I use frozen lemonade concenrate and even though this is not the norm - it is still effective. I mix this in a gallon jug with the cayenne pepper (the pepper is for parasite removal). I do not use the maple syrup and that is my preference only. I do drink from a large wine goblet to make it like my special drink!
